RESOURCES

Resources are at the heart of everything because without people to manage, the organization would not exist, and without the fleet, there would be nothing to manage.

The organization must have an internal fleet management channel to share availability, maintenance scheduling, deadlines, and document control across all departments.

On the other hand, instant communication with users through the pilot application saves significant time and makes the system transparent.

PEOPLE

Everyone involved in the operation of the flight school or flying club need to be managed for training purpose, accounting and expiration allerts.

FLEET

Aircraft management is the core business of the organization because people + aircraft means operations.

MANAGMENT

The core of the CBF system: training management, flight accounting, and schedules.

Once the resources have been initialized, they need to be managed by enrolling the student in a course, assigning credit, and entering expirations.

These three sections then allow you to generate transactions that will, in turn, update the training status, student balance, and fleet availability.

TRAINING

The user enrolls in a course to carry out a flight activity, which is evaluated by generating a course progress report.

ACCOUNTING

Each activity performed with a specific aircraft model has a rate that can be applied to each flight, net of personalized agreements with the user, who—by paying deposits—generates a final balance.

EXPIRATIONS

An expiration can be associated with a person, an aircraft, or neither. Alerts for these expirations appear on the home page.

OPERATIONS

CBF isn’t a software that manages fleet airworthiness, but it can be very useful for aircraft dispatching using simple tools. Each appointment includes the estimated flight time, which, when added to the hours flown since the last maintenance operation, helps me calculate the flight hours available before the next maintenance stoppage.

When I look at the graphs in the SCHEDULING section, I see data that already includes scheduled missions, making it easy to forecast aircraft availability.

THE CHECK BEFORE FLIGHT

Everytime an user sends a mission request to your organiation, you can assign the aircraft, the instructor and the estimated flight time to calculate instant availability of the fleet.

SCHEDULING

This is the cockpit of the platform because here the appointments are managed and approved, then the flight is recorded and rated.

FLIGHTS

The list of flights is important to have the actual situation of the operations day by day

APPLICATION FOR PILOTS AND STUDENT-PILOTS

Check Before Flight is not only a management tool for flight schools or flying clubs, but also for pilots and student pilots, who have access to all their data via a web app.

From their profile, they can send flight requests, monitor confirmed appointments, view recorded flights, and, most importantly, have real-time access to training mission evaluations and an administrative status updated instantly with each registration.

USER MENU

Pilots or students can access the menu to view their financial and training status, invitations, and deadlines. The bottom menu also provides access to pending flight requests, approved appointments, and a list of recorded flights.

COURSE PROGRESS

It's crucial for every student to have access to their training mission evaluations to understand how they're progressing in completing the course they're attending. By clicking on the CRM skills or flight checkbox, you can access the detailed evaluation.

ACCOUNTING STATEMENT

Each time a flight is recorded, it generates a cost that is deducted from the pilot's or student's credit, which in turn is fed by the user's payments to the organization and also updated by additional costs (authority advance expenses, theory courses, etc.).

The Check Before Flight management software already includes some syllabuses from EASA regulations and Italian regulations for recreational flying.

This allows you to fill out the so-called “statistics” directly from your phone at the end of the flight, avoiding mountains of paper.

If your Training Manual contains additional maneuvers that you have added for specific aircraft use, simply add a custom maneuver at the end. This maneuver can be described in free text and evaluated like any other maneuver.
